We accept returns or exchanges only for unused, unworn, and unwashed products in their original condition and packaging.

You should make video of unboxing the product Once received. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you must email us the unboxing video of the damaged items at myshaavi@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 3 working days.

Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly refund the amount paid by you.

We take great efforts to put in the details of measurements and fabric of every product. Please note, we strictly do not refund, based on any other reasons except the damaged material.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Reverse shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer (unless the item delivered is defective or incorrect).

Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from team SHAAVI. We will not offer any replacement in such a case.

All returns/replacements are subject to the discretion of SHAAVI.
Please note that the sizes mentioned in each product are sizes of product, and not body measurements. So, we recommend to carefully select your product size (mentioned in each product) to fit your body measurements.
This uniquely patterned products unlike the commonly available “ready-made”, has margins to loosen up to 2 sizes up.
